Shuttlerock is seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Coordinator to support our Creative Solutions team in delivering high-quality, creator-led content for global brands. Based in Mexico City, this role is focused on project coordination, creator management, and creative quality assurance - ensuring our content is both brand-aligned and platform-relevant. The Creative Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting high-volume projects and helping streamline day-to-day creative operations.
This role is based in Mexico City and requires a minimum two days per week in office.
Responsibilities
Project Management Support:
Assist Creative Solutions Specialists with end-to-end project coordination, ensuring tasks are tracked, timelines met, and deliverables submitted.
Manage your own creator assignments and projects, helping ensure timely execution and smooth workflows.
Creator Sourcing & Coordination:
Source and manage creators for high-volume User-Generated Content projects and bespoke client requests.
Maintain consistent, clear communication with creators throughout the content lifecycle - from onboarding to delivery.
Ensure creators are aligned with brand objectives, platform best practices, and production timelines.
Content Quality & Delivery:
Review and organize incoming creator assets to ensure they meet brief, brand guidelines, and platform requirements.
Implement quality assurance processes to uphold high standards across all content.
Assist with creative brief development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a bridge between creators, the internal studio team, and Creative Solutions Specialists to ensure creative alignment.
Track and analyze feedback from internal teams and clients, using this data to refine briefs and improve content quality.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
1+ years of experience in advertising, digital marketing or creative - UGC or creator-related experience is a plus
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure content is delivered accurately, on-brand, and aligned with creative briefs
Self-starter with a proactive mindset, comfortable working in fast-moving, startup environments
Strong understanding of social media platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is a plus
